Terms of service
Last updated 11 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and [legal name of business], [registered address] ("we", "us") for using Cadra at cadrasocial.com and app.cadrasocial.com. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Cadra for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.
1. Your account
- You must be 18 or over and give accurate details when you sign up.
- Keep your login safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including by team members you invite.
- Tell us straight away at hello@cadrasocial.com if you think someone else has access to your account.
2. Free trial and billing
- Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You need to add a card to start it.
- Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts and your card is charged automatically. It then renews each month or year, depending on what you chose, until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time in settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund part-used periods, except where the law requires it.
- Prices are shown without VAT, which is added where it applies. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change affects you.
- If a payment fails, we may pause your account until it's paid. Scheduled posts won't go out while it's paused.
3. Your content
- You own the posts, media and other content you put into Cadra.
- You give us permission to store, copy, process and publish your content only as needed to run Cadra for you, for example to send a post to the platforms you choose at the time you choose.
- You're responsible for your content and for having the rights to it. Don't post anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else's rights or breaks a platform's rules.
4. Connected social platforms
- When you connect a social account, your use of that platform is also covered by its own terms, for example the YouTube Terms of Service, Meta's terms for Facebook, Instagram and Threads, and the terms of LinkedIn, TikTok, X and others.
- Platforms can change or limit their APIs, or suspend access, at any time. If that stops a feature working, we'll try to restore it, but we can't guarantee it.
- We'll do our best to publish every scheduled post on time, but a post can fail if, for example, a platform is down, rejects the content, or your connection to it has expired. Cadra tells you when a post fails.
5. AI features
AI-generated text, images and video can be inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to existing material. Review everything before you publish it. You're responsible for what you post.
6. Fair use
Don't use Cadra to send spam, post on behalf of accounts you're not authorised to manage, get around a platform's limits, attack or overload our systems, or break the law. We may suspend accounts that do, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it.
7. Open source
Cadra is built on Postiz, open-source software licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3 (AGPL-3.0). The source code for Cadra, including our changes, is available at https://github.com/PovedaSharman/cadra. These terms don't limit the rights the AGPL gives you over that code.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Cadra running all the time, but we may need to take it offline for maintenance or fixes, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may improve or change features. If we remove something significant from your plan, we'll tell you in advance and you can cancel.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account in settings at any time. We may close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. When an account is closed, we delete its data as set out in our privacy policy.
10. Liability
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. If you're a consumer, your legal rights are not affected.
- For business customers, we're not liable for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities or data, or for indirect losses. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
11. General
- We may update these terms. We'll post changes here, and email account owners about significant changes before they take effect.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
- Questions? Email hello@cadrasocial.com.
